Job summary

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a Community & Maintenance Manager to lead the mobile home community operations and maintenance in a single integrated role. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage budgets, oversee rent collection and resident relations, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

The role includes overseeing vendor coordination, capital projects, and making-ready / turnover of homes to maintain occupancy goals and financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in property management preferred.
• Experience in property/community management and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Proficiency with Rent Manager or similar property management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Relevant trade certifications (EPA, CPO, HVAC/electrical/plumbing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise maintenance employees and oversee daily/weekly work schedules.
• Manage rent collection, invoices, and resident financials; prepare reports.
• Lead make-ready and turnover processes for vacant homes and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable codes.
• Oversee maintenance budgeting and capital projects for the community.
