Job summary

BorgWarner is seeking a Supply Chain/Logistics professional to coordinate the timely delivery of purchased items from vendors to customers in Dixon, IL. You will ensure ERP orders are accurately entered and ASN accuracy is maintained.

The role emphasizes minimizing missed shipments, analyzing shipment methods, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or substitutable experience in business/science related field.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Two years related experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of purchased components from vendors to customers.
• Ensure 100% ASN accuracy and ERP order entry.
• Work to minimize missed shipments and maintain delivery performance.
• Analyze shipments to optimize methods and lead times.
• Create and manage supplier/customer chargebacks as needed.
• Support continuous improvements and safety in operations.
• Communicate schedule changes and part shortages to stakeholders.
