Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional sourcing and procurement process for MRO
• Interface with internal customers to determine requirements and identify suppliers
• Generate RFIs or proposals; evaluate bids and select best solution
• Negotiate contracts and shepherd through the procurement lifecycle
• Manage purchasing workflow including POs, invoices, and approvals
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities across CSX and business units
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends
• Ensure contract language aligns with policy and governance
• Address quality or supply issues for MRO as needed
• Fulfill additional duties assigned by management
