Job summary

CSX is looking for future business leaders through an 18-month Leadership Development Program based in Jacksonville. You will rotate through procurement and supply chain, gain exposure to CSX operations, and participate in structured training and mentorship to develop leadership and analytical skills.

As an Associate, you will build relationships, analyze business options, and influence decisions across departments with a focus on delivering value and improving efficiency in a Fortune 500

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required by June 2027 in one of the listed fields.
Demonstrated leadership through campus organizations, athletics, military service, work, or other experiences.
GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) overall.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with partners to analyze marketing, operating, and capital projects.
Identify cost reduction opportunities within the corporate environment and other units.
Guide short- and long-term strategies for supply chain and procurement of resources.
Develop and utilize procurement strategies to quantify benefits and inform decisions.
Present analyses to senior management and cross-functional partners.
