Job summary

ND Paper is seeking a Category Manager in Sturtevant, WI to develop and execute end-to-end enterprise MRO and indirect category strategies across its U.S. manufacturing locations.

You will focus on optimizing total cost of ownership, supply continuity, and supplier risk through strategic sourcing, contract governance, and spend transparency. You will partner with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Finance, mill leadership, and buyers to translate demand into multi-year sourcing plans and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, category management experience.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations and multi-site supplier relationships.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise MRO and indirect category strategies.
• Lead enterprise and multi-site RFx events and negotiations.
• Own supplier performance, scorecards, and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to align sourcing.
