You will own spend, shape category strategies, and lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives that deliver measurable savings and operational improvements. In this role you will partner with plant leaders to deliver sustainable value, manage supplier relationships, and influence sourcing strategy across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• At least seven years of professional experience, including two years in MRO or similar industrial categories.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives in complex environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Kohler sites.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute category strategies for MRO subcategories across Kohler plants.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events from spend analysis to implementation.
• Own supplier relationships and negotiate agreements that improve value.
• Collaborate with plant leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive savings.
• Drive supplier performance and continuous improvement across sites.
