Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain management, or engineering.
• BS/BA in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management or related business field.
• Experience in a global matrix organization.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, facilities management, or multi-site operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management, reliability, or maintenance practices.
• Proven track record leading and managing a team of sourcing professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategies for MRO and standardize parts across sites.
• Develop and execute sourcing and supplier management strategies globally.
• Own contracts, negotiate terms, and drive cost and value improvements.
• Manage projects for new product development, cost reduction, and strategic change.
