Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, including MRO, manufacturing, or industrial procurement.
• Experience leading capital equipment procurement and multi-category indirect spend.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering cost savings.
• Experience managing procurement across multiple facilities, including international sites.
• Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Coupa, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive MRO procurement strategy across all sites.
• Lead capital equipment procurement and manage RFP/RFQ processes and negotiations.
• Own indirect spend management including facilities, packaging, and professional services.
• Oversee production consumables sourcing and supplier contracts.
• Coordinate procurement across multiple US facilities and international sites.
• Implement and optimize procurement systems, dashboards, and spend analytics.
