Job summary

Lanco is seeking a Corporate MRO Buyer to lead procurement for maintenance, repair and operations across multiple sites in the United States. The role focuses on centralized strategies, supplier standardization, and cost reductions while ensuring reliable supply for operations.

The candidate will partner with plant operations, maintenance, EHS, facilities, and finance to drive supplier performance, risk management, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of ERP systems and Epicor E9 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of MRO purchasing in a multi-site environment.
• 5–10 years in advanced purchasing, inventory management, and ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop centralized MRO sourcing strategy across locations.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, and long-term agreements.
• Establish preferred suppliers and standardized contracts for MRO items.
• Manage procurement across categories and monitor supplier performance.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, EHS, and facilities.
