Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience purchasing MRO supplies and facility services in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Experience with centralized procurement and supplier management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a centralized MRO sourcing strategy across locations.
• Negotiate supplier agreements, RFIs/RFPs, and long-term contracts.
• Standardize contracts for common MRO items and services.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, EHS, facilities, and finance teams.
