Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchasing for MRO, indirect materials, and services in a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes strong supplier relationships and proactive sourcing to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and other teams while supporting cost reduction, process improvements, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of purchasing or procurement experience in MRO/indirect materials or services.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or a similar industrial environment preferred.
• Strong supplier management, sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in a structured manufacturing organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for MRO, indirect materials, and services.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Support cost reduction, process improvement, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Communicate supplier performance, purchasing activities, and potential risks to stakeholders.
