Job summary

Lanco, the leading lifting and heavy equipment group, is seeking a Corporate MRO Buyer to consolidate and manage MRO spend across multiple manufacturing locations. You will lead centralized procurement strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost reductions while ensuring reliable supply for critical equipment and services.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in MRO purchasing, 5–10 years in advanced procurement, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience purchasing MRO supplies and facility services in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• 5–10 years of advanced purchasing, inventory management, and ERP system experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a centralized MRO sourcing strategy across all locations.
• Lead sourcing initiatives including RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and long-term agreements.
• Establish preferred supplier programs and standardized contracts for MRO items and services.
• Analyze company-wide MRO spend data to identify trends, risks, and savings opportunities.
• Track and report cost savings performance against annual targets.
