Job summary

Mi-Jack Products, Inc. is seeking a Corporate MRO Buyer to manage centralized procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations across multiple manufacturing locations.

You will lead supplier negotiations, develop contracts, and standardize procurement practices to reduce total cost of ownership. The role requires strong sourcing, supplier management, and ERP experience, with the ability to collaborate across operations, finance, and maintenance teams while driving annual savings and process

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience purchasing MRO supplies and facility services in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• 5–10 years of advanced purchasing, inventory management, and ERP system experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop centralized MRO sourcing strategy across all locations.
• Lead sourcing initiatives including RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and long-term agreements.
• Establish preferred supplier programs and standardized contracts for MRO items and services.
• Manage procurement strategies across key MRO categories (office supplies, shop consumables, PPE, welding, maintenance parts, energy, janitorial, waste management, service contracts, copier devices, uniforms).
• Collaborate with plant operations, maintenance, EHS, facilities, and finance to align procurement strategies.
• Track and report cost savings against targets; ensure ERP data accuracy and policy compliance.
