Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Divisional Business Development Manager for the Bloomington, MN office. You will lead recruitment strategy and execution to hire Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, and Branch Managers across CrossCountry Mortgage.

You will partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to forecast needs, source passive candidates, and drive growth through effective recruitment plans and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of mortgage sales recruitment experience or similar.
• Experience recruiting for loan originators, branch, or mortgage production roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and manage pipelines.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems or CRMs for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VPs, Regional Managers, Directors, Branch Managers to hire top Mortgage/Loan Officers and Branch Managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on current and future hiring needs.
• Develop target market growth plans with clear metrics from first contact to hire.
• Conduct passive searches using Boolean, cold calls, and networking.
• Meet weekly hiring goals set by Recruiting leadership.
• Source passive candidates through networking and databases.
