Job summary

Bankers' Bank seeks a Mortgage Relationship Officer to provide expert knowledge and service for our expanding market. This role partners with the Senior VP/Mortgage, serving as primary liaison for Correspondent Bankers and coordinating onboarding and training on our product suite.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in banking or related field and five+ years of residential mortgage experience, with working knowledge of Encompass and mortgage compliance. Indiana region exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in banking, accounting, business, or related field required.
• Five or more years of residential mortgage experience or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of mortgage origination systems (Encompass preferred) and mortgage compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary mortgage liaison for Correspondent Bankers; drive relationship management.
• Coordinate and conduct sales presentations and onboarding for new customers.
• Collaborate with mortgage processing, underwriting, servicing teams, and managers.
