Job summary

Bankers' Bank is seeking a Mortgage Relationship Officer to serve Ohio, Michigan and Indiana and act as the primary liaison for our Correspondent Bankers. This role will report to the Senior Vice President/Mortgage and includes training and onboarding responsibilities for customers.

• Working knowledge of mortgage loan origination systems (Encompass preferred).

Responsibilities

• Primary mortgage resource/liaison for Correspondent Bankers.
• Coordinates and facilitates sales presentations via WebEx or onsite and assists with technical and operational inquiries.
• On-boards new customers.
• Participates in researching and identifying potential mortgage opportunities.
