Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading complex programs, projects, or business transformations within enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong program and project management expertise, including planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, stakeholder communication, and delivery execution.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Mortgage industry experience and PMP certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs and strategic initiatives aligning with objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define scope, roadmaps, operating models, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration, accountability, and successful delivery of objectives.
• Facilitate executive-level meetings, steering committees, governance forums, and provide status updates and recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies, driving readiness and change management activities.
