Job summary

Marlabs is seeking a Strategic Program Manager with mortgage domain experience in Coppell, TX. The role focuses on leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across Origination, Servicing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of program leadership, excellent executive communication, and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments. Onsite from day one; no remote work, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of program, project, or transformation leadership experience.
• Mortgage origination and/or servicing experience strongly preferred.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs and initiatives across Origination, Servicing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial organizations.
• Partner with business leaders to define scope, success metrics, operating models, and roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
• Facilitate executive meetings, governance forums, and decision-making sessions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status updates, business cases, and recommendations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts and drive resolution strategies.
• Support product launches, business readiness, operational readiness, and change management activities.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
• Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Job Description

The Strategic Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive enterprise transformation, strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business growth through the successful delivery of complex cross-functional programs. This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership capabilities with business acumen, executive communication skills, and experience operating in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve rapidly.
