Job summary

Union Home Mortgage is seeking an Escrow Servicing Support Specialist in Strongsville, OH. You will support administration and maintenance of mortgage escrow accounts across taxes, homeowners, flood insurance, PMI/MIP, and insurance loss draft handling throughout the loan life cycle.

You will process transactions, keep precise loan records, and resolve servicing issues while collaborating with borrowers, investors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in mortgage servicing or financial services preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Must manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; effective collaboration with borrowers, investors, and internal partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn servicing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process escrow-related transactions accurately and timely per procedures and SLAs.
• Maintain escrow account records and servicing system updates.
• Research and resolve routine servicing inquiries, discrepancies and exceptions.
• Communicate with borrowers, investors, vendors, insurers, tax authorities, and internal partners.
• Ensure compliance with investor, agency, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Support quality reviews, audits, and reporting; identify process improvement opportunities.
