• Collect and review financial information from borrowers.
• Prepare loan modifications requests for approval and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Use systems to process ACH payments and update records.
• Meet or exceed collection goals and prepare various reports.
• Collaborate with attorneys and outside professionals as needed.
