Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Centralized caseload management for bankruptcy accounts (Chapter 7/12/13).
• Evaluate accounts against legal precedents to identify potential losses.
• Create Proof of Claim ensuring accuracy and recoverability of investor assets.
• Monitor PACER for case updates affecting bank/investor assets.
• Apply payments from borrowers/trustee conduits per bankruptcy guidelines.
• Research lost, misapplied, or misappropriated payments.
• Leverage bankruptcy knowledge to support internal/external counsel.
• Resolve disputes related to payments, escrow, ARM changes, and filings.
• Identify and mediate loan origination/documentation issues to reduce losses.
• Audit accounts and maintain documentation of corrections.
• Communicate critical information to customers and counsel clearly.
• Adhere to investor servicing requirements and monthly delinquency reporting.
