Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Homeowners Assist Customer Care Specialist to work with borrowers and internal teams on Loss Mitigation and foreclosure matters. You will analyze borrower situations, respond to inquiries, explain Loss Mitigation options, and track loan resolution milestones while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years collections or default servicing experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• FDCPA / Privacy Act knowledge and compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong telephone and follow-up skills.
• Working knowledge of collection processes and procedures.
• Team-oriented with ability to interact at all levels.

Responsibilities
