KONE Costa Mesa is seeking a seasoned Modernization Sales Executive to lead and grow the local territory. You will pursue and nurture relationships with property managers, building owners and owner representatives to design complex technology solutions that advance safety and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant sales experience (ideally in vertical transportation), collaboration with operations, and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably within vertical transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of related experience.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with property managers, building owners and owner representatives.
