Job summary

Coeur Rochester seeks a Long-Range Planner – Mobile Equipment Maintenance for its Rochester Mine in Lovelock, Nevada. The role focuses on developing 12-month rolling plans for mobile fleet maintenance and coordinating with Short-Range Planners to keep activities aligned with budget strategies.

You will oversee long-range PCR plans, PM schedules, and KPI-driven performance, ensuring safety and environmental policies are followed while working with a diverse equipment lineup and multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years of documented experience in open pit mobile equipment maintenance.
• 5+ years of documented experience as open pit mobile maintenance planner.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable in CMMS tools (Oracle/EAM scheduling, SAP, JDE) and OEM programs.
• Understanding of maintenance budgeting, planning, and KPI tracking.
• Experience with PCRs, PMs, and schedule management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Short-Range Planners, Maintenance Supervisors, and other stakeholders to prioritize and schedule work orders safely and timely.
• Manage rolling 12-month forecast of major component change-out plans.
• Monitor work order history to optimize component change-out intervals.
• Oversee creation and scheduling of PMs, PCRs, and maintenance projects with proper parts and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental policies, and regulations.
