Job summary

Coeur Mining, Rochester Mine in Lovelock, Nevada, seeks a Long-Range Planner for Mobile Equipment Maintenance. This role develops multi-month plans, coordinates with planners, and oversees the weekly Maintenance Planning Schedule to ensure safe, timely work across the mine's mobile fleet.

The position reports to the Mobile Maintenance leadership and requires strong planning, budgeting and collaboration skills to meet KPI targets and production goals.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in open pit mobile equipment maintenance preferred.
• Five or more years as open pit mobile maintenance planner.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Cat SIS, My Komatsu; OEM programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Short-Range Planners and Supervisors to prioritize work orders.
• Manage rolling 12-month forecast for major component changes.
• Monitor work order history to optimize replacement intervals.
• Oversee PM schedules, preventive maintenance and PCR projects.
