Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical America is seeking a maintenance planning professional to support and enhance work management systems. You will prioritize maintenance, plan materials, and coordinate with plant leadership to meet EHS and production goals.

Key responsibilities include safety-driven planning, backlog meetings, and updating preventive maintenance procedures. A background in mechanical maintenance within chemical processing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Requires knowledge of CMMS and the ability to read schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of mechanical planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by advising proper guidelines for purchases, installation, and safe maintenance of equipment.
• Lead planning activities in MMA maintenance through coordination with Production Lead and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Plan visually for scaffold, insulation, and special requirements during field evaluations.
• Drive reliability improvements by tracking labor, materials and asset life metrics.
