Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical America is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for our Reading, PA facility. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance, working across maintenance, production, engineering, and purchasing teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with CMMS (M3, mPulse) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to support production and minimize downtime.
• Manage CMMS work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and records to stay accurate.
• Coordinate maintenance work with outside contractors and process purchase orders.
• Manage plant MRO inventory, including identifying part requirements and monitoring deliveries.
• Support budget and cost controls for maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to support production.
• Maintain CMMS (M3, mPulse) work orders and records for accuracy.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and process POs.
• Manage MRO inventory and supplier relationships.
• Support maintenance budget and cost control initiatives.
• Generate maintenance reports and KPIs.
