Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Mission Technology Acceleration Program Lead to guide complex lifecycle programs, coordinating market teams to integrate technology into delivery and pursue new opportunities with defense and commercial clients.

You will lead capture efforts, shape solution concepts, and navigate contracts while ensuring timely outcomes. A Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree are required; related certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with agile program management and process improvement retrospectives.
5+ years of experience producing proposal narratives, technical volumes, compliance matrices, and supporting artifacts for bids.
5+ years of experience with DoD or commercial products deployed to support mission requirements.
Experience contributing to proposal development, including technical volumes, solution narratives, color-team reviews, and oral presentation prep.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding market teams to integrate technology into delivery and capture opportunities.
Coordinate program objectives amidst requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges.
Identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting the client’s mission across Army and Navy accounts.
