Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in agile program management
• 5+ years producing and refining proposal narratives, technical volumes, and supporting artifacts for bids
• 5+ years experience with commercial or DoD products deployed to address mission requirements
• Experience contributing to proposal development, including technical volumes, solution narratives, color-team reviews, and oral-presentation preparation
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree or higher

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mission technology integration program lifecycle.
• Guide market teams to integrate technology into delivery and capture new opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate program objectives while navigating requirements, budgets, and staffing challenges.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business with the client and broaden program management capabilities.
