Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Mission Technology Acceleration Program Lead to guide the program through its lifecycle, aligning delivery with mission goals and capturing new opportunities. You will coordinate multiple market teams, manage requirements, budget, and staffing while driving process improvements and strategic planning.

You have 10+ years in Agile program management and 5+ years in proposal development for DoD products, with a focus on differentiating solutions and maintaining

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with agile program management and process improvement.
5+ years of experience producing proposal narratives, technical volumes, and compliance artifacts.
5+ years working with DoD products or solutions addressing mission requirements.
Ability to develop strategies from opportunity and requirements information.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of mission technology programs.
Guide market teams to integrate technology into delivery and capture opportunities.
Coordinate objectives across teams while managing requirements, budget, and staffing.
Identify opportunities to grow business and support client mission needs.
