Job summary
Booz Allen is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Lead to drive strategic, technically focused initiatives within the Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC) business. You will lead senior teams across DoW opportunities, managing cost, schedule, and performance while engaging with executive stakeholders.
Applicants should have 8+ years in technical engineering leadership, 5+ years mentoring diverse teams, network/IT infra experience, and a Top Secret clearance with a Bachelor's degree and PMP
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical engineering leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience leading and growing technically varied teams.
- 5+ years of experience leading network and IT infrastructure efforts.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical programs including cost, schedule, performance.
- Ability to translate complex technical content for executive audiences.
- Top Secret clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- PMP Certification required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior technical leader for Booz Allen’s CSfC business.
- Lead development of technical solutions for DoW opportunities.
- Manage cost, schedule, and performance on classified projects.
- Grow business by executing growth strategies and engaging with senior leadership.
- Act as external spokesperson and maintain relations with customers.
