• Experience supporting proposals with technical volumes and color-team reviews.
• Ability to coordinate opportunities across multiple teams and gather requirements.
• Ability to evaluate competitor approaches and price-to-win factors.
• Ability to support multiple pursuits and shift priorities as needed.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
