Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to lead mining client relationships and grow strategic partnerships across regional and global teams. You will serve as the primary contact, aligning client needs with AECOM’s mining capabilities and delivery resources.

In a hybrid role, you’ll coordinate with Technical Delivery, Market Sector Leads, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver safe, timely, and cost-effective projects while expanding services across the mining value chain and

Qualifications

BA/BS in a related field.
12 years of relevant experience or equivalent, including 4 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in client account management for large-scale mining projects.
Well-established network of mining industry contacts.
Ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact between AECOM and key mining clients, building trusted partnerships.
Understand client operations across exploration, development, production, closure and sustainability to tailor solutions.
Oversee delivery of mining projects with Technical Delivery teams for safe, timely, and cost-effective execution.
Identify opportunities to expand services across the mining value chain with Market Sector Leads.
Maintain relationships with mining clients, regulators, communities, and stakeholders in the region.
Lead client retention and drive repeat business.
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions, including environmental services, water management, infrastructure, and mine engineering.
Mentor and support team development and retention.
