Job summary

Provalus is seeking a Recruiter focused on Military & Veteran Talent Partnerships to build and own a pipeline of veterans and military spouses around our Centers of Excellence. You will manage full-cycle recruiting and serve as the primary liaison with bases, TAP/SFL-TAP coordinators, and MSEP contacts, coordinating at base events and transition programs.

All roles are full-time with scheduled hours, training, and opportunities for career advancement across Provalus’ U.S. delivery centers.

Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including military or base-community talent acquisition.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage external partnerships with bases and community organizations.
Strong understanding of military culture and transition timelines.

Responsibilities

Base partnership ownership: lead point of contact near Provalus delivery centers.
Full-cycle recruiting for veteran and military-spouse candidates across centers.
Represent Provalus at base job fairs and transition events.
Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline ahead of requisitions.
Grow partnerships with bases and VSOs as new centers open.
Provide a positive candidate experience and translate military skills to civilian roles.
Track activity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes for leadership.
Collaborate with site leadership, HR, and marketing on employer branding.
