Job summary

Provalus is seeking a Recruiter, Military & Veteran Talent Partnerships to build and grow our veteran and military-spouse talent pipeline across Centers of Excellence. You will own base partnerships, run full-cycle recruiting, and represent Provalus at base events to ensure qualified candidates flow into open roles.

Role requires travel to military installations, strong relationship skills, and the ability to translate military experience into civilian Provalus roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (military/veteran focus preferred).
• Ability to travel regularly to military installations near Provalus centers.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Base Partnership Ownership: lead contact for military installation partnerships near a Provalus center.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: source, screen, interview, and manage veteran/military-spouse candidates.
• Event Representation: attend base job fairs and transition workshops near Centers of Excellence.
• Pipeline Development: proactively build candidate pipelines ahead of requisitions.
• Partnership Growth: establish new partnerships with bases and VSOs/MSEP networks.
• Candidate Experience: ensure a supportive application experience and translate military skills.
• Reporting & Tracking: monitor partnership activity and hiring outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with site leadership, HR, and marketing.
• Program Awareness: stay updated on veteran/military-spouse hiring programs.
