Job summary

Proponent is seeking a dynamic Product Line Manager to lead and grow our military product lines supporting U.S. Department of Defense programs. You will report to the Military Business Unit Manager and oversee a Contract Administrator for quoting, orders, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow assigned military product lines.
• Lead identification, quoting, and follow-up of military procurement opportunities through the DLA.
• Conduct market and contract analysis using Haystack, DIBBS, and ALLICORP.
• Manage product lifecycle decisions and pricing in coordination with internal teams.
• Oversee the Contract Administrator for quoting, order entry, and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and customer feedback for margin growth.
• Develop and maintain strategic DoD contractor relationships and LTAs.
