Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience, or Graduate Degree with 8+ years, or 14 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in product lifecycle management, variant management, and roadmapping.
• Manage costs, schedules, and delivery through all program phases from proposal to distribution.
• Interface with customers to capture CONOPS, Use Cases, and market requirements.
• Create roadmaps, conduct competitive analysis, and develop value-based pricing.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
