Job summary

L3Harris is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams in managing one or more product lines in the NextGen Tactical Datalinks domain. You will oversee lifecycle management, roadmapping, and collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to deliver products end-to-end.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, pricing, and market strategies, while mentoring staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 10 years relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with 8 years, or 14 years in lieu of degree.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across production, finance, engineering, quality, and configuration management.
• Interface with customers to understand CONOPS and market demands to manage product roadmaps.
• Provide leadership to establish design concepts and engineering efforts for product research and development.
• Collaborate with IRAD for new features and products and launch plans.
• Mentor junior team members and drive cost-effectiveness.
