• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 service interdependencies and identity-driven access models.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS desktop platforms and mobile clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for Microsoft 365 productivity across desktop, web, and mobile.
• Define governance for Teams lifecycle, templates, policies; manage third-party integrations.
• Design standards for client versions, update channels, and extensibility across platforms.
• Facilitate solution-driven discussions and design complex architectures with flexible, modular approaches.
• Educate teams on practices and best methods to create innovative solutions.
• Support adoption and change initiatives by aligning architecture with real-world usage.
