You will develop category sourcing strategies, lead cross-functional sourcing events, negotiate with suppliers, and manage key stakeholder relationships, while tracking performance and savings.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and category management in indirect categories.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management.
• Experience modelling complex business scenarios and using data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies for equipment and components forming the MHE system.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing events, negotiate with suppliers, and execute contracts.
• Manage internal and external relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and business units.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to deploy defined strategies.
• Influence suppliers’ roadmaps and decision-making to align with procurement goals.
• Lead projects to drive productivity and innovation in the category.
• Monitor market trends and industry best practices to inform strategies.
• Develop and maintain category metrics and reporting on savings and supplier compliance.
