The role coordinates with multiple teams and key suppliers to develop category strategies, deliver savings, and improve productivity in a dynamic environment. The candidate should be a self-starter, possess strong communication skills, and be able to lead peers while navigating ambiguity and change at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish category sourcing strategies and lead cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate with suppliers and execute contracts to optimize cost.
• Drive relationships with category suppliers to achieve value.
• Act as a market intelligence provider and inform stakeholders.
• Lead Supplier Relationship Management to mitigate risk and improve performance.
• Identify and report savings and value targets for sourcing activities.
• Align with internal customers on business applications of the category.
