Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading large negotiations.
• 3+ years cross-functional with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years data-driven process improvement.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strategic Sourcing and Category Management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of MHE sourcing strategies across Amazon's networks.
• Develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and partners.
• Support multi-year plans for material handling spend and supplier base development.
• Facilitate suppliers' understanding of policies, design standards, budgets, and expectations.
• Develop metrics and data-driven decision making to drive improvement.
