Job summary

FFB Bank is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive merchant services sales across assigned markets. You will prospect, build relationships with business clients, and collaborate with lenders and branch staff to generate referrals and close deals.

In addition to base pay, this role offers performance-based incentives. Travel up to 75% is expected; strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to deliver tailored banking solutions and grow deposits and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; business/finance field a plus.
• 3–5 years of related experience in banking, financial services, or related industry required.
• Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and explain all products and services with confidence.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients to drive long-term business and cross-sell opportunities.
• Uses CRM systems to track interactions, update records, and manage pipeline activity.
• Leads full sales lifecycle from prospecting to funding of deals.
