Willoughby Golf Club in Stuart, FL is seeking an experienced Director of Membership & Marketing to lead membership recruitment, retention, and engagement, building strong relationships with members and prospective members while promoting the Club’s traditions and member experience.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and strategic, with a strong understanding of private club membership and a passion for hospitality and relationship building.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, communications, marketing, public relations or business administration.
• Five or more years of experience in private club management, membership services, luxury hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead membership recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives to support the Club’s membership goals.
• Promote a culture of hospitality, professionalism, collaboration, creativity, and respect.
• Develop initiatives that encourage early participation, relationship-building, and long-term engagement.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the General Manager/COO and department leaders in advancing community goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current members, prospective members, and their families.
• Manage the membership application process, including inquiries, interviews, tours, and new member orientation.
• Develop and coordinate membership communications, events, and engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate membership records, directories, and related systems.
• Monitor membership trends, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction and retention.
• Work with Club leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality member experience.
• Prepare membership reports, track progress toward goals, and assist with membership budgets and planning.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the Membership team with clear priorities and accountability.
