CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Meeting and Events Planner to turn client objectives into successful events from concept to completion. You will own the event lifecycle, develop strategies, manage budgets, and coordinate vendors to deliver outcomes that meet goals and budget targets.

You will advise clients on effective approaches and present proposals that demonstrate understanding of their objectives. This role emphasizes meticulous planning, seamless execution, and post-event cost

• Own each event from concept through completion, developing the strategy and managing the budget.
• Advise clients on what will work and present proposals that meet their goals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end event plans and detailed timelines, tracking progress and resolving issues before they reach the client.
• Distribute event orders, schedules, and floor plans to vendors, defining set-up, event flow, and tear-down so everyone works from the same plan.
• Conduct post-event reporting and reconciliation of costs against budget and present cost-efficiency opportunities to management.
