Park MGM in Las Vegas is seeking an Executive Meetings & Events Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for smaller convention groups. You will coordinate rooming lists, transportation, meeting room setups, site inspections, billing, and BEOs, ensuring a seamless pre-planning to on-site experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of relevant hotel or convention services experience, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and is 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of communication between client and internal departments pre-planning and on-site.
• Develop strong working relationships with support departments to ensure successful events for clients.
