Job summary

SAIC is seeking a senior MEDLOG specialist in Hawaii to support MARFORPAC deliberate and contingency planning. You will focus on Class VIII posture, readiness, interoperability, and operational logistics, translating MEDLOG doctrine for planners and producing high-quality staff products.

Qualifications

6+ years experience supporting military logistics and sustainment operations.
Bachelor's Degree/BS in logistics management or related field.
Ability to work independently on mission-critical/high-visibility work; experience across DoD joint service and international military/civilian logistics networks.

Responsibilities

Identify and assess operational-level MEDLOG requirements from subordinate inputs; compare against capabilities; provide recommendations to OFS leadership.
Monitor unclassified and classified communications to identify MEDLOG requirements/issues/updates.
Develop and manage MEDLOG Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms).
Review/QA staff products and provide actionable feedback.
Participate in working groups and cross-functional touchpoints across MARFORPAC/INDOPACOM/adjacent components.
Maintain operational task visibility using OFS Teams trackers.
Provide weekly activity updates and escalate issues needing OFS support.
Provide MEDLOG inputs to annual assessments and campaign cycles.
