Job summary

CACI seeks a Senior Logistics Specialist in Honolulu, HI to provide planning services that enhance readiness and support decision-makers across USINDOPACOM and partners. This role emphasizes independent operation in joint environments, with frequent travel expectations.

The candidate will develop CONOPS, COAs, and OP plans, and will produce documentation such as wargames, exercise plans, EXORDs, and AOPs to drive mission success. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
• Minimum of 10 years of senior logistical planning experience at the Combatant Command level.
• Bachelor's degree required; experience with joint staff is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a joint/interagency environment with clear client communication.
• Willingness to deploy and travel within CONUS and OCONUS as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide asset management services across the customer's assigned area of responsibility.
• Develop CONOPS to support logistics and operations execution.
• Review policy and strategy; develop COAs for logistics and operations.
• Create planning documents, wargaming, exercise plans, CONOPS, COAs, OPLANs, EXORDs, OPORDS, and related roadmaps.
• Conduct AARs, prepare information papers, and document lessons learned.
