Job summary

CACI International Inc. in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to provide planning support for a government client. You will help enhance readiness, inform decision-makers, test capabilities, and coordinate with USINDOPACOM and partners.

Responsibilities include asset management across the AOR, developing CONOPS, reviewing policies, and producing roadmaps and ORD/COA documentation. A TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years in logistics planning are required.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of senior logistics planning experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide asset management across the customer’s assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• Develop concepts of operations (CONOPS) to support logistics and operations execution.
• Review policy and strategy and develop courses of action to support logistics and operations execution.
• Create planning, policy, procedures, and roadmap documentation (e.g., CONOPS, COAs, OPLANs, EXORDs; OPORDS; campaign plans; policies).
• Conduct after-action reviews, develop information papers, and document lessons learned.
