Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Senior Logistics Specialist in Honolulu, HI to provide planning services that enhance readiness, inform decision-makers, and coordinate with USINDOPACOM and partners. The role involves developing CONOPS, policy reviews, and executable roadmaps for logistics and operations execution.

The position requires a TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of joint logistics experience, and the ability to travel up to 25% regionally.

Qualifications

Current TS/SCI security clearance.
Minimum of 10 years of senior logistical planning experience at the Combatant Command level.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Three (3) years’ experience on a Combatant Command staff.
Must be self-motivated and able to operate without direct supervision in joint environments.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to provide daily feedback to the team on product development and task execution.
Be deployable to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities

Provide asset management across the customer’s assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Develop concepts of operations (CONOPS) to support logistics and operations execution.
Review policy and strategy and develop courses of action for logistics and execution.
Develop planning, policy, procedures, and roadmaps documentation (e.g., CONOPS, COAs, OPORDs, EXORDs, and related materials).
Conduct AARs and document lessons learned.
